Tonic's Longest Lunch on the Shortest Day

Updated: Jul 10, 2024

A fantastic time was had by all at our winter event in the Theatre - Longest Lunch on the Shortest Day on Sunday 21st June. The Winter Solstice was a great excuse to host a rustic feast and have a few (about eighty) of our friends over for lunch!

Guests were treated to winter inspired canapes including pork belly with apple jam and sliders followed by a sit-down feast of Veal racks and Lamb with winter veg and cous cous.

Roaming desserts like affogato and chocolate marquis were enjoyed around the firepit in the beautiful courtyard.

This is sure to become one of our annual events - keep an eye on our 'What's On' page or follow us on instagram or facebook for news of the next event planned in our private function room at Tonic. We'd love to see you there x

I didn’t expect the Hellstar Hoodie Zip Up to be this good! The fabric feels high-end, and the zipper works smoothly. Highly recommend!
